Welcome to the Rumble Museum’s Cheney 2050 Virtual Event!
The website contains a range of exciting things for you to discover, including our virtual gallery, our Ideas Wall, and our Tree Trail.
Our Gallery features artefacts from our Rumble Museum’s collections, mini talks by a range of experts exploring aspects of the future for schools, museums and communities, ideas by local primary school children on the future of schools and poems written about Cheney’s trees by Year Seven students.
The Ideas Wall
Our Ideas Wall will be added to during the day itself (24th March) with thoughts and visions by our Cheney sixth form students on how their school, the Rumble Museum and the wider community can develop in the next thirty years. Keep popping back to see new ideas!
The Tree Trail
Our Tree Trail is designed by Year Eight Cheney students and features some of Cheney’s most beautiful trees, with voice-overs by staff as well as some well-known voices, and information about the science, folklore, myth and history connected to the trees.
